Koalvia was born out of a shared frustration. As senior engineers, we watched big consultancies sell hype and ship hard-to-maintain code, often written by unsupervised juniors.

Our vision

We decided to build something different: an elite technical team within reach of mid-sized companies. No unnecessary layers of management, no project managers who just forward emails.
